We gladly accept checks and money orders and PayPal.
All new customers must pre-pay.
ACCOUNTS: Once club/customer is established, we can bill you once your ribbons are shipped.
DEPOSITS: Larger orders may require a deposit.
ORDER TIME: Most orders take 4 to 6 weeks to complete, sometimes longer depending on the season and how large the order.
CUSTOM DIES: You can order a custom die with your logo. There is a one-time fee of $30 and then the die will always be available for your future orders.
STOCK DIES: We have a large selection of stock dies available at no additional cost.
SET-UP FEES: We do not charge set-up fees unless you have numerous type changes, then there will be a .50 per ribbon type change fee.
RETURNS: We can not accept returns for customized items. Please be sure your wording is correct when you place your order.
